Frances-Anne Keeler is an accomplished Chair and Non Executive Director with a deep and sustained commitment to the global tourism industry. She brings over two decades of board and executive leadership across the tourism, hospitality, major events, retail, franchising and wine sectors. With a strong global perspective, she has held senior roles spanning Australia, Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas.

A former Deputy CEO of Tourism Australia, she played a key role in shaping and implementing the national long-term tourism strategy that significantly expanded the visitor economy through an integrated approach to industry competitiveness, supply-side development and global marketing.

Frances-Anne's board contributions are grounded in a drive for sustainable growth, customer-centric thinking and transformational leadership. She is passionate about driving innovation in tourism and ensuring the industry delivers long-term economic, social and environmental value.

In addition to her role as Chair of ATDW, Frances-Anne is Chair of San Churro and a Non Executive Director of The Walshe Group and Erdi Group. She has previously held board and advisory roles with Snap Print Solutions, Wine Australia, Red Sea Global, G’Day Group, YMCA NSW and Ultimate Winery Experiences Australia.
