One night of high-altitude drinking in the heart of Enmore.
Firepop Wine Club teams up with Borrodell Estate for a wine-led evening exploring the cool-climate wines of Orange, NSW. Hosted by Borrodell's Luisa Machielse, the tasting moves from sparkling to white to red across six 60ml pours that showcase two decades of winemaking on the estate. The flights run from the 2023 'Pinot Pop' sparkling and the 2023 'Giggling Gertie' Gewürztraminer through to a museum-release 2014 Pinot Noir.
Alongside the wines, the Firepop kitchen serves a run of plates and bites inspired by Orange's high-country produce. Expect cured barramundi 'tart' with apple crisp and beetroot, sourdough with rhubarb reduction, and blood orange and jasmine chicken wings. There are also pork belly pops with koji and fermented chilli, and beef pops with pickled greens and grilled shallots.
This is a fixed menu, so dietary requirements can't be accommodated. 18+ only.
