Greek Nights are coming to The General Food Store.
Every Friday and Saturday evening from 6 November to 12 December, The General Food Store are opening their doors from 5pm to bring you the flavours of Bel's most treasured travel memories - Greece.
Greek Nights is a dinner series inspired by Bel's travels within Greece in her twenties, where the food was simple, generous, and utterly unforgettable. Voted for by the wonderful community, it's Dougie's take on the warmth and bold flavours of Greek cuisine.
Think charred octopus, prawn and feta saganaki, grilled lamb ribs with goat's curd, spiced beef meatballs slow-cooked in red wine, and loukoumades with honey and lemon curd to finish. Plenty of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options too. Or make it easy with the Set Menu for two at $60 per person.
It's the perfect way to celebrate the end of the year - a work Christmas dinner, a get-together with friends, or a family night out.
