Canberra Made Series - Creative Collaging with Tilda Joy

Canberra and Region Visitors Centre

Discover the fun of creating your own Canberra-inspired artwork in Tilda's first collage workshop as part of the Canberra Made Series. Begin by designing and painting your own unique collage papers before transforming them into a finished artwork using collage techniques. You'll be guided through the creative process step-by-step and provided with Canberra-themed line art templates for inspiration, while also having the freedom to develop your own design. Throughout this three-hour workshop, you'll be painting, working on your composition and learning collage techniques, gaining insight into Tilda's creative practice, and exploring how traditional and digital processes can work together. At the end of the workshop, you'll take home a completed artwork in a 15cm x 15cm frame, ready to hang. Perfect for beginners and experienced creatives alike. Duration: three hours. All materials will be provided. Free parking. Walter Cafe right next door.
