Iris by Block & Cleaver

Decade is an evening at IRIS with five courses from Executive Chef Dean Sibthorp, each paired with a Black & Ginger wine. Ten years ago, with family support Lucy and Hadyn took on Hounds Run Vineyard, the home of Black & Ginger Wines and after a lot of bloody hard work, it's time to celebrate. The team will be opening up some back vintage wines, including one that is very close to their hearts: the 2017 Lily's Block Shiraz. Hadyn's mum Lily helped them prune and harvest their first crop at Hounds Run but never got to taste the wine. Lily's Block Shiraz is only made in exceptional years, there have been just four in a decade, and this is your chance to taste the first Lily's Block ever made.  This event will also give guests a sneaky preview of a brand new wine ahead of its official release. Black & Ginger E.K.H. 85 Chardonnay. So many reasons why, this is the dinner you don't want to miss. Ten years, five courses, one very special shiraz. Spaces are limited, so don't wait too long.
