A Celtic Seasonal Sojourn: Bealtaine & The Wild Bloom

Brickendon Estate Heritage Garden

An exploration of the season of Bealtaine & The Wild Bloom through guided nature mindfulness practices, creative self-reflection and a gentle introduction to the seasonal folk traditions of the Celtic Isles. In the beautiful Heritage Gardens at Brickendon Estate, this is a two hour experience, with light refreshments provided after our sojourn. Symbolically, Bealtaine represents the conscious transition from winter's introspection into a phase of outward growth, action, and visibility. Immersion in the natural world is vital to this process; by stepping into nature, we directly align our internal rhythms with the earth's awakening, grounding our personal transformation in the fertile, sensory reality of the land. Just as our ancestors used this cross-quarter day to renew land tenures and labor contracts, we can treat Bealtaine as a sacred and practical time to review our goals, renegotiate our commitments, and realign our lives with the thriving, abundant energy of the wild bloom. Hosted by Amy Dillon, Embodied Earth Ecotherapy.
