'this show contains confetti'
Funhaus Factory
Tally is begging security for handfuls of confetti after the concert, washed in euphoria. Across town, Joan is sitting on the living room floor, sifting through years of memories thrown in handfuls across the carpet. Somewhere on a highway, in the middle of red dirt and dry leaves, Emmett is trying to recall which way is up.
'this show contains confetti' is a new work developed by Watermelon Jam and Joshua Maxwell about all the ways a heart can be torn up and scattered, messily, generously, without warning, like colourful bits of paper you'll be finding in your clothes and down the back of the lounge three years later.
Starring: Lucinda Ford, Chantel Johnston, Reuben Harris, Wren Hopkins and Tayah Blackman.
This event is part of a double feature back-to-back experience with the show 'because there was fire'.
