Haute & Freddy - WOMADelaide
Botanic Park / Tainmuntilla
The hit of the carnival, Haute & Freddy move through their music like runaway circus acts, crashing through the veneer of polite society with all the flair of an 18th century escapade. On a meteoric rise as pop's next big thing, this duo has a penchant for theatre, 80s synth and underground music club culture.
The dazzling brainchild of Michelle Buzz and Lance Shipp, Haute & Freddy fuse theatrical flair and synth-driven maximalism into a bold alt-pop universe built around fearless self-expression. With millions of Spotify streams of their debut album Big Disgrace, Haute & Freddy's royal court of fans have turned the duo into a cult sensation, and their live appearances into a magnificent fashion show.
If Lady Gaga spent her birthday listening to them, you can find the time to catch their set when they make their Australian debut. Roll up roll up to experience the spectacle this March!
