Day of the Dead Party at Hains & Co
Hains & Co
Tacos first. Tequila next. Dancing with the dearly departed? That's on the cards.
Hains & Co's Day of the Dead party returns on Saturday 31 October, bringing colour, cocktails and a little mischief to Adelaide's Gilbert Place. It's the tequila fiesta you know and love.
This year, Bowden favourite Juan's Torta Cantina is bringing dinner to the party. For one night only, tacos, fried chicken and corn ribs hit the laneway from 6–9pm. It's all gluten-free, and a taste of what's coming before Juan's moves into the Adelaide Central Market development next year.
Fresh lime, juicy blueberry and a kick of jalapeño meet Herradura tequila in a cocktail line-up made for the occasion. There are classic Margaritas, spicy favourites, grapefruit Palomas and smoky mezcal twists, plus sipping tequilas with green sangrita on the side.
A face painter helps guests look the part, while DJ Tommy Tequila takes over from 8pm–1am.
Guests are encouraged to wear something fun, bring their favourite people and raise a glass to the living and the lost.
Free entry. Walk-ins welcome. Early table bookings recommended for hungry crews
