Halloween comes to Historic Rivermill in the Gold Coast hinterland, with families invited to visit in costume over the Halloween weekend. Every visitor who arrives dressed up can trick-or-treat at the Rivermill Cafe, where the team hands out lollies to little witches, superheroes, pirates and pumpkins alike. Grown-ups are encouraged to join in the fun too.
Set on the banks of the Coomera River in Mount Nathan, the heritage property offers plenty to enjoy alongside the costume fun. Visitors can settle in for breakfast or lunch at the cafe, meet the friendly farm animals and wander the historic riverside grounds. Horse riding and animal experiences are also available for those wanting to make a day of it.
Entry is free and no tickets are required, making it an easy and relaxed Halloween outing for families with children of all ages.
