A new chapter at River.
Since opening River at Crooked River Estate in July, our ambition has been to create a dining experience that truly reflects the Estate and the South Coast.
They're delighted to welcome Jason McCauley as our new Executive Head Chef.
Jason brings more than 25 years of experience across some of Sydney's leading restaurants. His career has included time at the acclaimed three-hatted Banc under Liam Tomlin, before moving into senior and Executive Chef roles across a number of well-known Sydney venues.
Jason's new menu at River launches from 7 October, bringing his experience and style together with outstanding local produce and our Estate-grown wines. And in October, we're celebrating properly.
For five days, Jason and the River team will present a special degustation menu showcasing the food, produce and wines that are shaping the next chapter of River.
