Entrée: Salad of smoked chicken with green leaves, Persian feta, toasted almonds, tomato oil and sherry vinaigrette. Main (alternate drop): oven roasted barramundi with green onion mash, grilled asparagus, burnt lemon, saffron and ginger beurre blanc, or flame grilled grain fed porterhouse with green onion mash, grilled asparagus, confit shallot and red wine glaze.
