After years of speculation, beloved Australian band Powderfinger have confirmed that next year, 17 years after they last exited the live arena, the iconic act will reform for a major national run of tour dates, landing in Brisbane, Cairns, Perth, Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne, across September and October 2027. Cairns is the only regional Australian stop on Powderfinger's highly anticipated reunion tour.
Powderfinger will hit the road in an epic stadium-sized big top, with a range of ticket options (standing and seating), a carefully curated food and drinks lineup and that special atmosphere that only a travelling rock n roll circus can bring - here today, gone tomorrow. It's part festival, part spectacle and set to be filled with the communal joy of thousands of fans, gathering offline to experience the music they love, together.
