Roosevelt Lounge invites guests to settle in for a four-course dinner paired with the distinguished tequilas of Herradura.
A welcome cocktail sets the tone, followed by Hiramasa kingfish sashimi, charred pork belly and beef picanha, before a dark chocolate delice brings the evening to a close. Along the way, discover Herradura Reposado, Añejo and Selección Suprema, each paired to complement the flavours on the plate.
Low lighting, fine spirits and a seat at the table. The Herradura Dinner takes place in the heart of Broadbeach.
