The Hoffmann family have farmed at Ebenezer in the Barossa since 1857, and their fruit goes to more than thirty producers. At Bar Septimus in Adelaide's East End, the family present a seated masterclass of six of their own Grenache and Shiraz wines, with cheese to match. Seats are limited to twenty-four. Bar Septimus is a cheese and wine bar with a list built around French and Australian wine.
