Montville Timber Trail

Montville Village Hall, Saint Mary's Hall, Montvale at Montville

The Montville Timber Trail is a vibrant celebration of timber, craftsmanship, and the role wood plays in the history and sustainable future. This all-ages, two-day timber and woodworking event takes place in the iconic village of Montville on the beautiful Blackall Range, just 1.5 hours from Brisbane. Bringing together talented woodworkers, artisans, toolmakers, educators, and sustainable timber suppliers from across Australia, the Montville Timber Trail offers live demonstrations, handmade timber products, workshops, and opportunities to learn traditional and modern woodworking skills in a unique festival atmosphere. The Montville Timber Trail is also the host of the Sunshine Coast Wootha Prize.
