Return to Your Heart Women's Retreat

The Soul-Full Mind Wellness Hub

Return to Your Heart is a one-day creative wellness retreat for women who are ready to slow down, reconnect with themselves and make space for their own needs. Set in a calm and welcoming space in Portarlington, this intimate day invites you to step away from the demands of everyday life and spend a whole day simply being with yourself, your creativity and a supportive circle of women. Throughout the day, you will be guided through intuitive painting and journalling with Laura Jane Day, followed by a nourishing shared lunch and a gentle slow-stitching and mixed-media session with Kay. There will also be grounding meditation, reflection, afternoon tea and a closing circle. No creative experience is needed. The focus is not on making something perfect, but on using creativity as a way to slow down, listen inward and reconnect with what matters to you. You will leave with the artwork and textile piece you create, new creative experiences to take home, and the feeling of having given yourself something you may have been missing: time, space and permission to come back to yourself. All materials, lunch, afternoon tea and a small take-home gift are included.
