One Ride is Australia's premium cycling fundraiser for type 1 diabetes (T1D), hosted in the iconic Barossa Valley, SA.
It brings cyclists of all ages and abilities together to cycle through the stunning Barossa Valley and fuel breakthroughs that move us closer to cures and better lives for those with T1D.
This year's One Ride is taking place from 20–22 November 2026, with the main cycling event on Saturday 21 November. With flexible package options, participants can join for the whole weekend or come for the cycling event on Saturday. The event blends cycling and fine wine, camaraderie and purpose as corporate teams, community groups and individuals come together to help fund vital T1D research.
