Festival of Small Halls Spring Tour 2026 - Thangool - Workshop only
Thangool Recreation Reserve
The Thangool Recreation Reserve clubhouse/hall was originally the Biloela Golf clubhouse. The whole building, complete with function room, bar and cold room, was moved to Thangool in 1983.
The Thangool community celebrated its centenary in 2025!
Thangool means 'Possum' in the language of the Gangulu People.
Meals are available from either of the two pubs in town – both located on the highway – you can't miss them!
Festival of Small Halls returns to Thangool for a workshop only with Nicole Murray! Workshop is free, but you must register in advance.
