The Latin Arts Festival

Victoria Square (aka Tarntanyangga)

The Latin Arts Festival, presented by the Latin Arts Community Support Network Inc. (LACS Network), is a vibrant cultural tourism event celebrating the diversity, creativity and traditions of Latin American communities in South Australia. Now in its fourth consecutive year, the festival will be held at Victoria Square, Adelaide. The event offers locals, interstate visitors and international tourists an opportunity to experience the colours, sounds, flavours and artistic traditions of Latin America in the heart of Adelaide. The festival will officially open with a welcome from LACS Network President Helika Cruz, alongside government representatives. Throughout the day, visitors can enjoy more than 10 live performances featuring talented artists representing countries including El Salvador, Argentina, Brazil, Venezuela, Colombia, Chile, Peru, the Dominican Republic, Spain and more. Visitors will also discover paintings, creative works and cultural displays by local artists, providing an opportunity to appreciate Latin American-inspired creativity. Food lovers can enjoy authentic Latin cuisine from approximately 11 local food vendors, showcasing a variety of traditional flavours and dishes. The festival will also feature local entrepreneurs and artisans, offering handmade crafts, cultural products and unique souvenirs. The Latin Arts Festival provides an authentic and engaging cultural tourism experience, connecting visitors with Latin American music, dance, art, food and community while supporting Adelaide's multicultural creative economy.
