This family-friendly evening showcases the very best of the region with fresh seasonal produce, delicious local food, regional beverages, live music, interactive workshops, and opportunities to connect with local growers, makers, and food enthusiasts. Children can enjoy hands-on nature and creative activities including Spring Flower Pressing and Water Bug Identification, while adults can take part in a unique Kitchen Utensil Making Workshop, creating a handcrafted utensil to take home while learning traditional woodworking skills, bookings essential. Food lovers won't want to miss a live cooking demonstration by Brian Cutting from the Riverina Hotel, who will showcase seasonal local ingredients and share tips for preparing fresh Riverina produce at home. Harvest at the Hub is a celebration of local food, community connections, and sustainable living, offering visitors an authentic taste of one of Australia's premier food-producing regions.
