Mental As Anything: New Year's Day at Craigie Knowe Vineyard

Craigie Knowe Vineyard

There aren't many better ways to start a new year! Mental As Anything are celebrating their 50th Anniversary, and on New Year's Day they're bringing the celebration to Craigie Knowe Vineyard on Tasmania's East Coast. For five decades, the Mentals have been part of the Australian soundtrack, with classics including Live It Up, The Nips Are Getting Bigger, Too Many Times, Berserk Warriors and If You Leave Me, Can I Come Too? This isn't just a concert. It's New Year's Day at the vineyard. Come early, find your spot and settle in for a relaxed summer afternoon among the vines. There'll be great food, Craigie Knowe wines, beer and other drinks available before Mental As Anything take the stage. This is a family-friendly event, so bring the kids and make a day of it. They want it to feel like a proper Craigie Knowe summer afternoon: relaxed, welcoming and plenty of room to settle in and enjoy yourselves. Free camping: Coming from Hobart, Launceston or further afield? Stay the night for free. Self-contained campers, caravans and motorhomes are welcome to camp at Craigie Knowe, so there's no need to rush home after the show. Stay over, wake up among the vines and enjoy another day on Tasmania's beautiful East Coast.
