A deeply calming journey through live therapeutic sound awaits at Mystic Wellness, Petersham, in Sydney's vibrant Inner West. Experienced sound therapist Natalie Grace combines therapeutic vocals, singing bowls, gongs, chimes and gentle percussion. Guests rest comfortably as layers of live sound help quiet the mind, ease physical tension and support deep relaxation. Each session follows a carefully crafted musical journey that evolves with the group. No two experiences are exactly the same. Yoga mats and cushions are provided. Guests will leave feeling calmer, lighter, grounded and refreshed.
