The experience begins with canapés, a welcome drink and acoustic music, setting the scene for a four-course menu paired with premium wines. As the night unfolds, a Wadandi storyteller shares stories and perspectives connected to Country, deepening the connection to the landscape and the skies above.
Guests can observe planets, star clusters, nebulae and distant galaxies using advanced smart telescopes, with live telescope feeds projected onto screens for a shared celestial experience. The evening is further enriched by a collaboration with a local Aboriginal Elder or cultural representative, who delivers a Welcome to Country and contributes to the menu by incorporating native ingredients and bush foods that reflect the region's heritage.
