Noojee Truffle Festival 2027

Noojee Heritage Centre

Every winter, something extraordinary emerges from the frost-touched soils of Noojee, the rare and coveted black truffle. The Noojee Truffle Festival is your chance to get up close with one of the world's most prized culinary ingredients, right at the source. Join trained truffle dogs on a real farm hunt, share long tables with passionate chefs and producers, and taste the season in dishes crafted around freshly harvested truffles. Set against the stunning backdrop of Victoria's Alpine foothills, this is a boutique winter escape that combines exceptional food, local wine, and genuine Gippsland warmth - without the fuss of a big-city food festival. Come for the truffles. Stay for everything else.
