Woven Wednesday is a relaxed monthly weaving and cultural workshop series. Held on the first Wednesday of each month.
The workshops invite participants to slow down, sit together, share stories, and create with their hands in a welcoming and creative environment. Participants are encouraged to bring their lunch, spend time in the gallery, and yarn about Aboriginal culture, creativity and connection while learning weaving techniques guided by a First Nations artist.
The sessions explore weaving as both a creative and meditative practice, connecting contemporary making with culture, story and community.

The Gallery is an Aboriginal-owned gallery operated by Saltwater Freshwater Arts Alliance, returning 80% of artwork sales directly to artists and supporting First Nations arts, culture and community across the Mid North Coast
