Wolf Blass Heritage Pie and Museum Wine Experience

Wolf Blass Cellar Door

A modern Barossa take on an old winery tradition. Long before degustation menus and tasting flights, the Barossa was built on generous food, robust reds and tables full of conversation. The latest Wolf Blass experience celebrates that spirit with a slow-cooked brisket Heritage Pie infused with Wolf Blass Heritage Release Shiraz Cabernet, paired with three wines selected to tell the story of the winery. Made with a secret recipe of slow-cooked beef and delicious Careme pastry, the Wolf Blass Heritage Pie is a perfect accompaniment to not only the Wolf Blass Heritage Release Shiraz Cabernet 2018 that was used in the creation of the pie along with two wines from our famous Grey Label range. Rare museum wines. Heritage Pie. Old-fashioned Barossa hospitality! Where: Wolf Blass Cellar Door – Barossa Valley. 97 Sturt Highway, Nuriootpa SA. When: Midday Thurs-Saturdays by booking Dietary requirements: This is a fixed offering, which means we cannot accommodate dietary requirements or vegan/vegetarian options.
