Guests are involved in every step, learning techniques, exploring ingredients and building the confidence to create beautiful pastries at home. Each guest also receives a recipe booklet featuring the creations from the class, ready to recreate and share with family and friends. Set in the coastal town of Goolwa, spring is a wonderful time to explore the Fleurieu Peninsula, with its local produce, wineries, beaches and nearby Murray River.
