Introduction to Bronze Sand Casting

Learn the ancient technique of sand casting with armourer, Sam Bloomfield.
In this half-day workshop, you will learn to cast molten metal into an object using a mould made from sand. You will work in a small group with a maximum of 6 participants.
For this project, you will use bronze to create a Bronze Age-inspired pendant. You will add a wire ring and leather thong to make a necklace.
At the end of the workshop, you will take a unique piece of jewellery home to add to your collection.
