Of The Land On Which We Meet By Na Djinang Circus

Clocktower Centre

Walking on stone and cement, it can be hard to remember what it feels like to have earth beneath your feet. What does it mean to be where you are? What does society, as modern Australians, think it means to be on Country? Of The Land On Which We Meet follows the journey of three contemporary circus artists with distinct relationships to Country: an Indigenous Australian, a descendant of migrants, and a descendant of colonial settlers. Through Na Djinang Circus' signature physicality and style, Of The Land on Which We Meet rekindles the deep connections that tie us to place and one another.
