Ranger Stacey and friends host a fun morning and delicious breakfast immersed in nature at IndigiScapes cafe.
Throughout her career as a Queensland Parks and Wildlife Ranger and television host of Totally Wild, Wombat, Logies presenter and more, Ranger Stacey has met a menagerie of amazing creatures.
This is an opportunity to experience a "behind the scenes" conversation and meet a few of her favourite "wild" friends.
The morning begins with a delicious, shared fruit platter, followed by a breakfast choice from the special menu.
Coconut breakfast bowl: coconut yoghurt, macadamia wattle granola, fresh berries and a squeeze of honey (contains tree nuts).
Avocado on toast: fresh avocado on toast with balsamic glaze, served with a bouquet of baby leaves, fetta and dusted with bush spices.
Smoked salmon benedict with a lemon myrtle hollandaise: smoked salmon and soft eggs served on a toasted English muffin with baby leaves, topped with a lemon myrtle hollandaise.
Included is a selection of beverages including juice, local barista coffee and tea.
Space is limited, so organising a group or joining a communal table is encouraged. Photography and filming will take place at this event.
