Two Feet & A Heartbeat is HeartKids' annual community walk, bringing thousands of heart kids, heart adults, families, friends, and supporters together across Australia each October. Walk to remember every heart story, celebrate every milestone, honour those you carry forever in your heart, and raise vital funds to support people impacted by childhood-onset heart disease. Registration includes: Access to your local HeartKids event 2026 Two Feet & A Heartbeat bandana Personal online fundraising page Participant resources and fundraising toolkit Option to purchase a new I Walked with HeartKids wristband for just five dollars to wear your support with pride.
