The offering changes with the consistently, featuring micro-lots and single cultivars sourced for clarity and character, roasted on-site and served with care. Josie Coffee doesn't chase trends. It's a place for people who are serious about coffee; whether you're chasing a perfect flat white or keen to explore the latest washed Ethiopian. The vibe is easygoing, the staff are coffee-literate without being preachy, and the beans are some of the best you'll find in the region.
