With over 25 years of industry experience, Sheree brings both expertise and energy to this immersive experience—now delivered in the purpose-built Greenhouse.
Participants will learn to make fresh feta from scratch and discover how the same base recipe can be adapted to create soft-ripened cheeses like camembert.
