Spring Flavours – A Fleurieu Culinary Experience

Gourmet Gastronomy with Kimbolton Wine

Anita Robin in Goolwa, South Australia, invites food lovers to celebrate the fresh flavours of spring with an exclusive four-hour, hands-on culinary experience on the Fleurieu Peninsula. Begin with a welcome apéro and a glass of Kimbolton or Dandelion wine before creating a delicious selection of starters, gourmet meats with seasonal sides, and elegant desserts. Swiss-born Anita brings international experience and personalised guidance to an intimate small-group setting. Guests prepare each dish while discovering new techniques, seasonal flavours and the pleasure of cooking together. Afterwards, enjoy the freshly prepared menu accompanied by Fleurieu wines from Kimbolton and Dandelion, followed by dessert and coffee or tea. A recipe booklet is included to recreate the dishes at home. Set in the coastal town of Goolwa, the experience pairs beautifully with exploring the Fleurieu Peninsula's beaches, wineries, local produce and nearby Murray River. Celebrate spring with an afternoon of beautiful food, hands-on cooking and local wine, where Swiss Precision meets Fleurieu Flavour.
