Our award-winning micro-brewery and craft distillery is located right in the heart of The Bond Store. We use local, Yorke Peninsula grain and a bespoke blend of aromatics and botannicals to create a range of beers, gins and liqueurs. With such a range to choose from our tasting paddles are the perfect opportunity to explore, taste and discover. Our Gin Tasting Paddle offers three gins, plus a mixer and ice, while our beer tasting paddle allows you to select four options from our range.
The Paddle Paddle is the perfect way to explore our full range of award winning craft beers, or our spirits distilled here on site. Choose a Party Paddle for either Beer or Spirits. Our Beer Paddle showcases our full range of twelve craft beers all produced here in our brewery. The Spirits Paddle allows you to choose six gins and three liqueurs - mix and match to create the perfect paddle for your tastes. Our expert staff are on hand to help you make your selections, walk you through your choices and share the stories of The Bond Store with you.
Here at The Bond Store Wallaroo our gleaming copper still "Ginger" is the heart of our craft distillery, located in our downstairs cocktail bar. This is where owners Elisa and Andrea blends a unique selection of botanical to make our award winning range of gins and liqueurs and also the location of our Gin Masterclass. Explore the botannicals, aromatics and native herbs that make our distinctive spirits, and the handcrafted process that brings them to life. Enjoy a tour of the distillery, and a gin tasting flight where you can experience the influence of various mixers. From the tasting flight, you'll then select your favourite gin and our expert staff will use it to create your very own signature cocktail.
It's been said more than once that our Espresso Martini is the best in South Australia - come and join us for a Cocktail Masterclass and make up your own mind! Our Cocktail Masterclass is the ultimate spirits exploration. Join us in our downstairs cocktail lounge, where our gorgeous copper still "Ginger" proudly takes centre stage. We'll take a tour of the distillery and craft brewery, and learn the secrets of how we combine unique botannials, aromatics and native herbs to create our award winning spirits. Enjoy a board of truffle fries - the perfect umami accompaniment - and work through the receipe for your own perfect cocktail. Choose an Espresso Martini, Pink Gin Fizz or Cheeky-chello, all showcasing our award-winning spirits.
Our Brewer for the Day experience is the ultimate, immersive Yorke Peninsula food and drink experience. Learn the secrets of the trade from our own Head Brewer, here at our on-site craft brewery. Roll up your sleeves and get into the day's work - the best way to learn is by doing! You'll spend the day side by side with our brewer, and by the end of your experience you'll be able to sit down with a cold brew and toast the day's work. Then, we invite you to return with family and friends - and a $150 food and drinks voucher in your name to try your very own brew, as well as taking a Growler home with you.
