A spacious (35sqm) self-contained studio apartment adjoining our home, with your own secure private entry. Situated on an acre of land surrounded by vineyards on the Tamar Valley Wine Route, 15 minutes from Launceston CBD, 5 minutes from Legana shopping centre and 2 kilometres to the historic Rosevears Tavern. Launceston airport is 30 minutes’ drive.
There are no shared or common areas inside the apartment which boasts a luxurious king bed which can be converted to twin beds if you require (please advise when you book).
Quality linen, electric blankets and super comfy pillows, ensure a sound sleep.
There is a well-equipped kitchenette with modern 2-burner induction cooktop, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. We supply complementary coffee pods, instant coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper etc. and of course plenty of crockery, cooking utensils etc.
A generous Continental Breakfast for you to enjoy at your leisure is included in the room rate.
There is a comfortable 3 seater couch, large screen TV with plenty of input options if you want to avail yourselves of more than Free-to-Air TV (Google Cast available). There is also a DVD player and a large DVD selection.
