The units are located on Styles Road, Preston Beach, only 250 meters from the beach, and among the closest properties to the Indian Ocean.
The units are all fitted with the usual mod cons, with ensuite bathrooms, modern toilets, a laundry facility with a washing machine and dryer, digital Televisions, reverse cycle air-conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and a gas barbeque.
There is one car bay allocated per unit. Please do not park in the shared driveway.
The beaches at Preston are stunning so make sure you pack your camera for the perfect Instagram shot! Beach fishing is popular within the surrounding area, and the 4WD beach access is close by.
