Founded by Louise Radman and winemaker Nav Singh, Institut Polaire is also the home of Süd Polaire spirits and Domaine Simha wine. The range is available for cellar door sales and tasting flights throughout the afternoon or walk in for wine, cocktails and dining of an evening.
