Bass & Flinders Distillery

Step into the art of gin-making with Bass & Flinders Distillery's Gin Masterclass—a truly one-of-a-kind experience that’s as fun as it is fascinating. This is your chance to create your own bespoke gin, crafted to your unique taste, while exploring the secrets behind this beloved spirit. Dive headfirst into the captivating world of gin as you learn about its rich and storied history, the meticulous craft of distillation, and the exotic botanicals that make each blend so distinctive. At Bass & Flinders, the pursuit of innovation never stops—they’re always on the hunt for new and exciting botanicals to ensure their classes remain fresh, inspiring, and bursting with creative possibilities. Guided by expert distillers, you’ll uncover how botanicals shape the flavor, aroma, and character of gin. Then, let your imagination take the lead as you blend your own gin recipe from a wide selection of vapour-infused botanicals, from traditional juniper to unexpected, vibrant local ingredients. The best part? You’ll walk away with a 500ml bottle of your handcrafted gin masterpiece to share (or not) with friends. It’s an experience that will leave you with a deeper appreciation for gin and a bottle that’s as unique as your own personal taste!
