Icena Farm Accommodation is a two-hour drive from Launceston near Mount William National Park, close to the Bay of Fires and the Musselroe River. Icena Farm Accommodation caters for couples and family holidays, backpackers and group accommodations in Tasmania's north-east. An ideal place for any visitor eager to explore the natural environment. It lends itself perfectly to group or corporate getaways. Icena's two spacious, fully self-contained homes each have four bedrooms with queen or twin beds and two-four bathrooms. Each house has an outdoor eating area and barbecue. An additional cottage with a bathroom and kitchenette offers single or couple accommodation. Group quarters consist of six individual rooms, each with twin beds and serviced by a communal kitchen, recreation room, shower, toilet and laundry block. Catering can be arranged for group bookings. Opportunities abound for bushwalking, fishing, bird and animal watching, kayaking, cycling or just simply sundowning, followed by an end of day barbecue. Forester kangaroos and Rufus wallabies graze amongst wombats as wedge-tailed eagles soar overhead.

Rooms Available

Known as The Shearers Quarters, there are six separate rooms each with twin beds. Each cabin is carpeted and sound insulated, with an outside deck area and locker. An adjacent air-conditioned (heat-pump) group recreational area, commercial kitchen, and separate shower and toilet block service the quarters.
