Branxholm Park and Camping Area
Branxholm Park is situated in the middle of town on the banks of the Ringarooma River.
The park offers a tennis court, playground, and swimming pool (open during summer only), camping, barbecue area and toilets.
It provides easy access to the Briseis Walking Track and the Valley Pond link trail, an 8km trail connecting through to Derby.
The camping ground is a free campground, however, they encourage all campers using the Park that wish to contribute, to pay $20 per site/per night. A ticket machine is located at the toilet block, or you can pay via the Strada Mobile App.
The Park has unpowered sites, toilet, shower and laundry facilities available.
Bookings are not required. Driving time from Launceston is approximately one hour and 20 minutes or one hour and ten minutes from St Helens on the East Coast. Please note that the maximum stay is 14 days.
