Kingsdale Wines
Kingsdale Wines is a boutique winery producing high quality cool climate wines at Goulburn in the Southern Tablelands of NSW.
The wines are from grapes grown, hand picked and vintaged at the Kingsdale vineyard and winery. Grapes grown are Shiraz, Merlot, Malbec, Semillon, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. The Emma Shiraz is extremely popular. It is matured in French Oak and is soft and flavourful, while their Merlot Malbec blend is a plummy, more full bodied style. They have a silver medal winning Rose made from their Shiraz grapes, a range of whites including varietals and blends, and a sweet orange infused liqueur wine.
The winery enjoys beautiful views over Lake Sooley, Goulburn's main water supply. The vineyard location, 700 metres above sea level was selected because of its unique combination of soils and climate, which allows the development of pronounced fruit characters in the wines.
