Pavilions at Lenswood offers a unique luxury self-contained accommodation experience, in the beautiful Adelaide Hills. Only 30 minutes from Adelaide’s CBD, each of their six free-standing pavilions offer guests between 54sqm and 130sqm of living space overlooking the lush, manicured gardens, lake and orchard. Uniquely styled, each pavilion includes an open wood or gas fire, kitchen, modern bathroom with freestanding bath and king bed and are complimented by modern furnishings individual to each pavilion style. All pavilions include either their own private, hot tub, spa, spa bath or pool, whilst two pavilions also contain their own private sauna. Fika's two-story, three-bathroom pavilion caters for people with disabilities, with its own dedicated accessible bathroom (by request) amongst many other important yet subtle features....

Pavilions at Lenswood offers a unique luxury self-contained accommodation experience, in the beautiful Adelaide Hills. Only 30 minutes from Adelaide’s CBD, each pavilion is spacious, yet cosy in design and functionality with an emphasis on attention to detail, with generous furnishings and fittings installed to ensure comfort and relaxation. We offer our guests six uniquely styled pavilions, featuring five, one bedroom and one, two bedroom self-contained pavilions, designed as the ultimate private retreat for guests. With between 54sqm and 130sqm of living space, all styled differently from Swiss and Austrian chalet designs to Japanese Onsen, Scandinavian and Art Deco styled interiors and furnishings. Each pavilion includes an open wood or gas fire, kitchen, modern bathroom with freestanding bath and king bed and are complimented by modern furnishings individual to each pavilion style. All pavilions include either their own private, hot tub, spa, spa bath or pool, whilst 2 pavilions also contain their own private sauna. Our Fika 2 story, 3 bathroom pavilion caters for people with disabilities, with its own dedicated accessible bathroom (by request) amongst many other important yet subtle features.

With faux furs, rugs, stone and timber throughout, it is the closest you can get to an alpine chalet without being in the snow. Split over 2 levels with a large gas fire and sunken bedroom and bath area that overlooks the lake, admire the view and relax whilst you soak in the free standing bath or enjoy breakfast in bed. This stunning 130 sqm pavilion is our largest pavilion, split over 2 levels and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (with an additional 3rd accessible access bathroom by request), full kitchen, dining area and sauna. Filled with warm furnishings, rugs and furs, it’s the perfect place to sit back to relax with a good book, cup of coffee or glass of wine. Styled on the design of a Swedish chalet; the Fika Pavilion also boasts a large gas fire, private heated swimming pool / spa (36 degrees all year round), exclusive private access to an outdoor bath and stunning views over the lake. Making this truly our showpiece and most sought after pavilion.
