Pavilions at Lenswood offers a unique luxury self-contained accommodation experience, in the beautiful Adelaide Hills. Only 30 minutes from Adelaide’s CBD, each pavilion is spacious, yet cosy in design and functionality with an emphasis on attention to detail, with generous furnishings and fittings installed to ensure comfort and relaxation. We offer our guests six uniquely styled pavilions, featuring five, one bedroom and one, two bedroom self-contained pavilions, designed as the ultimate private retreat for guests. With between 54sqm and 130sqm of living space, all styled differently from Swiss and Austrian chalet designs to Japanese Onsen, Scandinavian and Art Deco styled interiors and furnishings. Each pavilion includes an open wood or gas fire, kitchen, modern bathroom with freestanding bath and king bed and are complimented by modern furnishings individual to each pavilion style. All pavilions include either their own private, hot tub, spa, spa bath or pool, whilst 2 pavilions also contain their own private sauna. Our Fika 2 story, 3 bathroom pavilion caters for people with disabilities, with its own dedicated accessible bathroom (by request) amongst many other important yet subtle features.

Styled on the design of a Swiss chalet; the Ruhe pavilion features an open wood fire, free standing bath and private Japanese Cedar hot tub on your own private deck. This is the ultimate destination if you are after luxury and relaxation.
This stunning 54 sqm pavilion is filled with stylish warm furnishings you would expect to find in Northern Italy and the surrounding alps. It overlooks the dam with its own secondary decking so guests can enjoy a platter or a picnic over the beautiful water setting. Or sit back on the couch, stoke the fire and enjoy a good book or Netflix binge. Featuring a free standing bath, stunning bathroom and kitchen that compliment this style, the Merak Pavilion is truly a great space where one can pursue the daily pleasure of happiness and fulfilment.
Love Art Deco, well this is the perfect pavilion for you. A timeless classic with all the mod cons included. Enjoy over 75 sqm of fun, style and super luxe accommodation in our Atelier Pavilion. Enjoy the open plan bedroom, bath and shower area with views over the orchard and private courtyard. Guests can sit back and enjoy the generous lounge room space with suspended wood burning fire place, the ultimate place to sit back with your favourite person, drink or book. Atelier also features its own private above ground cedar hot tub and deck with amazing views up the hill. This pavilion is truly one to inspire the senses and stimulate your creative side
110 sqm of pure luxury, this truly unique pavilion is like nothing else in South Australia and is the perfect mix of opulence and minimalism. Enjoy all the relaxation of your very own private Japanese Onsen Pavilion, complete with heated outdoor oversized private cedar spa bath and sauna. Transport yourself to the mountains and ski resorts of Japan with minimalistic warm interior finishes and furnishings, all overlooking our apple and cherry orchard. Guests can enjoy their own private deck with outdoor wood fire place, perfect for those cold winter afternoons. This incredibly luxurious pavilion is the ultimate in relaxation and with the magnificent oversized spa bath, truly is the epitome of “peace and tranquility”.
This multi level 75 sqm pavilion, will have you thinking you have stepped straight into the Austrian Alps. With faux furs, rugs, stone and timber throughout, it is the closest you can get to an alpine chalet without being in the snow. Split over 2 levels with a large gas fire and sunken bedroom and bath area that overlooks the lake, admire the view and relax whilst you soak in the free standing bath or enjoy breakfast in bed. Why not sneak outside and enjoy your own private cedar hot tub on the deck and enjoy the smell of the natural cedar and colour as you relax and forget about the outside world for a moment.
This stunning 130 sqm pavilion is our largest pavilion, split over 2 levels and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (with an additional 3rd accessible access bathroom by request), full kitchen, dining area and sauna. Filled with warm furnishings, rugs and furs, it’s the perfect place to sit back to relax with a good book, cup of coffee or glass of wine. Styled on the design of a Swedish chalet; the Fika Pavilion also boasts a large gas fire, private heated swimming pool / spa (36 degrees all year round), exclusive private access to an outdoor bath and stunning views over the lake. Making this truly our showpiece and most sought after pavilion.
