  Here at Alchymia Distillery we grist, mash, ferment, distill and mature our single malt Whisky, on this tour Matt the head distiller and owner will take you behind the scenes to show you how we make our Single Malt Whisky from scratch here on site at Table Cape. He will also explain the process of Gin and Vodka making and then you can move to the tasting room to taste these beautiful handcrafted spirits.
