Reflections, Lake Cooby is a multipurpose function centre based on 50 acres of bushland on the shores of Lake Cooby. Located a short 30 minutes from Toowoomba, Reflections (also known as Camp Cooby) has the capability to host corporate retreats, private and corporate functions, weddings, school camps, and can accommodate 150+ guests. Reflections has a range of facilitated activities to suit all ages and abilities. For the more adventurous guests - ropes courses, mountain biking, archery, canoeing, waterslides and more are available. For those seeking a more relaxed experience, our mindfulness workshops, bushwalks, or cozying up around the bonfire with a cup of tea might be more to your liking. All with water views, the accommodation options on offer at Reflections are the perfect solution for your next wedding, private or corporate function, retreat, or getaway. Accommodation options include Bell Tents (sleeps 2 per tent), Cooby Lakehouse (sleeps 10), and airconditioned bunk rooms (sleeps 140+ over 18 rooms). Reflections has a number of indoor and outdoor event locations - all with water views! The Function Centre, Dining Room, Conference Room, Gazebo, Bonfire Pits, Function Centre Lawn, historic Loveday Barn, Bunya View Ceremony Area, Lakeside Marquee, and Marquee Lawn are ready and waiting to host your next wedding, celebration, private or corporate event....

    In partnership with Camp Cooby, Reflections delivers School Holiday Camps for children aged 6 - 16 years of age every school holiday period. Our School Holiday Programs are designed to disconnect children from technology and instead get them outdoors, allow them the opportunity to make connections and lifelong friendships, and reconnect with nature. The camp program is facilitated by our qualified team of outdoor educators (who are all Blue Card certified). Activities change every holiday period and can include a mixture of rock climbing, high ropes, team building & initiative activities, canoeing, raft building, giant waterslide, craft, camp cooking, orienteering, bonfires, discos, spot lighting, and many many more! Our Junior Holiday Programs are designed for children aged 6 - 13 years of age and vary from 3 day & 2 night camps, to 5 day & 4 night camps. Packages include all accommodation, meals, and facilitated activities. Our Senior Holiday Programs are designed for campers aged 12 - 16 years of age and vary form 3 day & 2 night camps, to 5 day & 4 night camps. Packages include all accommodation, meals, and facilitated activities.

    In partnership with Mindware Psychology and Camp Cooby, Reflections offers school holiday therapy camps designed for young people who may have Autism, be experiencing social skills difficulties or high levels of anxiety. These camps offer a supported activity program for children who want an inclusive camp based experience, aimed to meet their unique needs. Mindware Psychology and Camp Cooby offer a unique team of highly skilled professionals including outdoor educators, psychologists, teachers and counsellors. Our goal is to support your young person to grow, develop their life skills, self confidence, self-esteem, and expand their emotional and social connections in a fun and engaging outdoor setting. Our ratio for the participants camp is at a 1:3 ratio, which meets requirements for NDIS funding. The following camps are available: - Junior Mindware Adventure Program - 7 to 13 years of age - Senior Mindware Adventure Program - 12 - 16 years of age

    Reflections hosts school camps in collaboration with Camp Cooby. Facilitated by our team of qualified outdoor educators, our school camps are developed to educate and nurture young leaders by helping them CONNECT, CARE, and LEAD with their community, their environment, and themselves. Our camp programs are designed with the needs and goals of your cohort in mind - Whether it's an expedition-style camp, a camp to develop your young leaders, you want to challenge and build resilience within your cohort, or you'd like an environmental focus. Our camps include meals, facilitated activities, and accommodation (in our airconditioned bunkhouses OR our camping tents depending on your needs).

    Aquaponics Workshop

    Are you interested in growing your own fresh herbs, vegetables, and florals? Are you looking for a more environmentally friendly use for your food waste? Maybe you are a person that loves gardening but is looking to expand your knowledge & learn a more environmentally efficient and sustainable way to grow your own produce? Join us for a morning at Reflections learning from our very own Michael McKeon, chatting aquaponics & composting, & enjoying some nibbles! Michael has a degree in Biology, Teaching, and Aboriculture, & has worked in various fields including sugar cane research and microbiology. Michael is passionate about environmentally sustainable food production and waste management and is keen to promote methods that address sustainability challenges in the future. Throughout this workshop Michael will take you on a journey through the symbiotic produce and waste management system that we have developed and implemented onsite at Reflections, Lake Cooby.
