YAVA Gallery & Arts Hub is a contemporary creative space in the heart of Healesville. The goal is to inspire, educate and excite the community, visitors and members by bringing world class art, artists, patrons and collectors to the region. This will occur through their deliberate strategy of presenting collaborations that showcase both leading national and international artists with local Yarra Valley artists in the fields of visual arts, dance, theatre, music, poetry, literature, film-making and more. Importantly, they are also partnering with the acclaimed food and wine industries in the Yarra Valley. Their intention is to cooperate and build on the prior outstanding work of existing bodies whose distinguished reputations may be further profiled and enhanced through their relationships with them. Yarra Valley Arts / YAVA is a community non-profit volunteer based organisation dedicated to enhancing the cultural lives of those who live in, work and visit the Yarra Valley. YAVA wants the work of our artist members to become well known to wider audiences and thereby achieve recognition and economic gain which will benefit the whole community. This is an Arts Hub with a big vision and a big heart....
