Two Fat Blokes was founded by two friends back in 2008. After many long lunches and many glasses of wine, they decided that it was time to share the secrets of the Hunter Valley with visitors to the area. They operate seven different food and wine experiences from two to fourteen people. More than 10 years later Two Fat Blokes is a member of the TripAdvisor Hall of Fame and in 2018 they took 18,000 guests on tour with them. Their tours range from a one hour 'Cheeses of the World' cheese and wine masterclass, all the way to their 'Food and Wine Lovers' full day tour which gets you into the most intimate areas of wine making.   Their Hunter Gatherer’s tour is the most popular full day wine tasting tour in the Hunter Valley. Join this tour and they take you for a private tasting to four/five of the Hunter Valley’s great wineries to sample some delicious wines. They all know the Hunter is famous for its wines, but they also have a proud and thriving cottage industry that produces all sorts of other ingredients their local chefs love to use in their dishes. Olives and Olive oils, cheeses, organic poultry, snails, berries, herbs, jams and pickles and of course chocolates and much more are all produced right there in the Hunter Valley.
