Boscobel (1885) offers luxurious bed and breakfast accommodation, events and retreats. All guest rooms have been renovated and furnished to a high standard. The en-suite bathrooms have floor heating and free WiFi is available throughout the property. There are two queen rooms, one king and one twin / king room. Boscobel can accommodate up to eight guests. Guests are welcome to enjoy the lounge area with open fire place or relax in the conservatory. The splendid gardens feature historical oak trees and many fragrant, colourful plants. Breakfast is served in the formal dining room and features local and organic products. A shared kitchenette is stocked with snacks, supplies for making hot drinks and complimentary port for guests. Boscobel is in the town of Ulverstone; the river, beaches, restaurants and cafes are all an easy walk from the accommodation. Ulverstone is a central base for exploring the all the beauty of North West of Tasmania. Cradle Mountain, Leven Canyon, Table Cape and the Nut at Stanley are just a few of the possible day trips from Boscobel. Cycling on the road, cycle paths or mountain bike trails is also a good way to explore the beautiful countryside and coast.     Adelaide Spencer was the lady of the house in 1885. This room features a very solid four post Queen Bed with electric blanket and organic cotton linen. The room has a balcony and lovely views of the garden.

The bathroom has beautiful views and you can relax in the claw foot bath under the chandelier.

    Kenner and King were the first and last builders of Boscobel. King won the 2017 Master builders award for his work at Boscobel. The twin room features two single beds with lovely warm doonas and wool blankets. These can be converted into a King size bed on request. There is an antique desk and lamp and lovely views over the garden. The new en-suite bathroom is light and spacious with under floor heating. The fireplace features and electric 'fire' that is not only attractive but will keep you warm.
