Finchley Bed and Breakfast comprises a larger cottage and smaller unit which can be booked separately, or combined for a larger group. The main guest cottage and smaller unit are semi-detached on lightly treed acreage just two minutes from the Princes Highway, halfway between Nowra and Ulladulla in the heart of the Shoalhaven region. The site is very dog-friendly, fully fenced, and with plenty of space for both dogs and children to run around safely. Close to Jervis Bay's many beautiful beaches, national parks, walking trails, waterfalls, historic villages, galleries, and award-winning wineries, Finchley Bed and Breakfast's main cottage is equipped to accommodate four to five people, the smaller unit, a couple or single traveller, and well behaved, house-trained pets are welcome. The main guest cottage has a doggy door accessing a private dog-fenced back yard, and a deep sunny front verandah with a barbeque and lovely views. The smaller unit includes most of the same amenities but on a smaller scale, with a gated deck and yard at the front. Your host lives on-site (adjacent extension, which does not intrude on privacy). There are good local eateries nearby, including takeaway and home delivery, and breakfast provisions are included in the pantry and refrigerator....

Indicative Rates

$145 to $250

Rates vary seasonally, and are based on one-two adults. Additional guests including children over two years average AUD30 per person, per night. The range indicated is from base rate for the smaller unit, to maximum peak season rate for the larger unit.

  Little Finchley is tucked in between the main cottage accommodation and owners' residence (all one building), and also has plenty of secure fenced space outdoors for exercising pets, plus a secure gated deck that has outdoor seating and a coffee table and a barbecue. It offers a Queen-size bed in the separate bedroom, a full bathroom with shower over bath, and a small but snug sitting room equipped with a comfy sofa, TV, DVD player (small selection of DVDs), bar fridge, kettle, toaster, free wi-fi, and small pantry stocked with a selection of teas, coffees, toast toppers and snacks. Little Finchley is ideal for a couple or single, a short stay or through-travellers just stopping overnight. Continental breakfast provisions are included.
